What Kind of Information do I need to apply?
The process is simple and easy. You will be asked about your residence, employment and income.

How long does it take to get a decision?
The process usually takes minutes; however in some cases we may need to take extra steps to assure your loan is granted. We will do everything possible to secure a loan for you.

How old do I need to be to apply?
You must be at least 18 years of age.

What if my doctor is not currently using Monarch Alliance?
With Monarch Alliance you can use the doctor of your choice. We will contact your doctorıs office and let them know you will be financing your procedure through our company. We may pay the doctor directly, or we can pay you directly.

What interest rates do you offer?
Our programs offer the lowest interest rates starting at 12.99% based on a good credit standing.

How is my interest rate determined?
Your interest rate is based on your credit profile.

What will my monthly payment be and when is my first payment due?
Your monthly payment is based on the amount you borrow, the length of the loan and the interest rate. You can call our offices to request an estimated monthly payment. You have up to 45 days after signing your loan documents before your first payment is due! We also offer a 12-month same as cash program, some restrictions apply, on approved credit.

Do you accept a co-borrowers?
Yes! We accept a co-borrowers, which is someone willing to sign with you as a loan guarantor. The co-borrower (also known as co-signer) may be a friend or a relative and does not need to live in your state.

What loan terms do you offer?
You can choose to pay off your loan in 12, 24, to 36 months. We have a plan tailored to fit your budget. We also offer up to 12-months same as cash programs (some restrictions apply, on approved credit).

What if I choose to pay the loan off early?
Our programs come with a no prepayment penalty! This means you can pay off the loan off at any time and save money on the interest and finance charges.

What if I have credit history problems?
Monarch Alliance offers programs that apply to many levels of credit. We will do everything possible to help you achieve your financing goals.

Is a Down Payment Required?
We offer 100% financing with no security deposit or down payment required. (OAC)

How long does it take to receive the funds after I have been approved?
Payment is issued within 48 hours upon receipt of your properly executed loan documents.

What if I have not chosen a doctor yet?
We can pre-approve your loan! Since your loan is valid for 30 days the burden of a money issue fades away and allows you to concentrate on finding the right doctor.
